  • Is this live?
    No. It's recorded and sent to you, so there's nothing to schedule. Listen when you're ready and replay it whenever you need.
  • Can I ask more than one question?
    Each transmission holds one question, so the energy stays focused and the clearing lands deeply. For several questions, choose the Transmission Trio or a full 90-minute Ascension session.
  • What if my question is very big?
    I'll channel what your Records show is most ready to be received now. If there's deeper work to do, I'll let you know.
  • Can I ask about someone else?
    Your transmission focuses on you, including your relationships with others, from your side of the connection. We can look at your soul contract and clear the contract if we have permission from your Guides or clear the negative aspects of the contract.
  • When will I receive it?
    Within 5 working days of booking, by email.

Akashic Transmission: Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to your purchase of an Akashic Transmission from Josephine Ganner ("I", "me"). By completing your purchase, you ("you", "the client") confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. The service
An Akashic Transmission is a recorded, channelled session of approximately 10–15 minutes in response to one question submitted by you. It may include channelled guidance, energetic clearing and light language activation, as guided. The session is not live. It is recorded and delivered to you by email as a private audio link.
2. Your question
Each transmission answers one question. If more than one question is submitted, I will focus on the question that feels most ready to be answered, or ask you to choose one. Transmissions focus on you and your own path, including your relationships with others from your side of the connection.
3. Delivery
Your transmission will be delivered within 5 working days of receiving your completed booking and question. If there is an unexpected delay, I will contact you. Please check your spam folder and add my email address to your contacts. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address.
4. Your recording
Your recording is for your personal use only. You may listen to and download it as often as you like. Please do not share, publish, sell or distribute it. The content, including channelled material and light language, remains my intellectual property.
5. Transmission Trio
If you purchase the Transmission Trio, all three transmissions must be requested within 3 months of purchase. Unused transmissions expire after this date and are not refundable.
6. Cancellations and refunds
By completing your purchase, you ask me to begin your transmission straight away. If you cancel before I have begun channelling your transmission, you will receive a full refund. Once I have begun work on your transmission, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel, and no refund will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Nature of this work
Akashic Transmissions are for spiritual guidance and personal insight. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please continue to consult qualified professionals for these matters. Results and experiences vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions and actions.
8. Age and wellbeing
You must be 18 or over to purchase. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your GP or a crisis service rather than booking a transmission.
9. Consent
By submitting your booking, you give permission for me to access your Akashic Records and work with your energy for the purpose of your transmission.
10. Privacy
The details and question you share are kept confidential and used only to create and deliver your transmission and to send you related emails. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. I will not share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.
